Safety & Insurance

The Tree Care industry is potentially very hazardous to the service providers their clients and the general public.

With this in mind Family Tree Care takes the health and safety of its employees, customers and the general public very seriously.  We hold Public Liability, Workcover and all vehicle insurances (see below).  We have experienced staff and provide training where and when required.

We also have structured Quality Assurance documentation detailing our Health & Safety policies, risk assessment procedures and environmental management policies.

Our advice is when employing a trades person to care for your trees always employ a qualified professional and check their insurance documents!
